You mean, you clicked the "Like" button? You could say
I Liked it
or
I "liked" it.
Thank you. It's kindof easier in borrowing languages.
You take the verb stem (like) and surround it by conjugation:
Hij liket. Ik heb het geliket.
Or you absorb the -e into the conjugation:
Liken. Wij liken.
Liken. Wir liken.
Liker. Tu likes. Je l'ai liké.
Or drop the -e altogether, risking faulty pronunciation:
Nous likons.
Er likt. Er hat es gelikt.
