The judge-guy is saying:

Una sienta -- one is set ... or "fits" or "suits" or "matches"
Dos sientan -- two are set ... or "fit" or "suit" or "match"
Tres sientan

Or maybe -- (it sounds more like "Siento" each time)

Una, siento ---- One (Not all correct), sorry (Lo siento)

i don't see why is Una (not Uno)

prob. it's because

One bottle is [Una botella]
One correct bottle is [Una botella correcta] (Una
botella coincidente)
