Not an exciting note to re-start on.
This one was started by Australian photographer Richard Simpkin. He
writes/illustrates books about "Australian Legends". He would send a
proposal by mail, and was always thrilled when he got a letter signed by
one of his legends.
If you're interested, there's also a National [USA] Letter-Writing Day
(7 December).
I like the idea, but I was never much good at letter writing, even when
you had no choice; so I won't be much help in reviving the "lost art".
I'll stick to postcards.
